For Landlords seeking additional rental properties, or potential Landlords seeking their first property - we can help. For a Finders-fee, AA Lettings will source a property that is ideal for residential lettings, i.e., one that is well placed in London Zones 1, 2 and 3. Having done so, we will be happy to provide a full management Service, or alternatively, just supply tenants.

We pledge to:

Provide tenants that have been stringently vetted.

Fully furnish the property and provide a comprehensive inventory.

Attend to repairs and maintenance in a reasonable timescale.

Regularly inspect the property on the Landlord's behalf.

Many of the properties we manage have been on our books for years, successive owners happy for us to continue as Managing Agent. These are properties we know and understand, as well as having a good working rapport with the current tenants. It all helps oil the wheels.
